2   tbsp. olive oil

1 small, chopped onion

2-3 cloves chopped fresh garlic

2-3 lbs. lean ground beef

2 tsp. salt

1 tbsp. (heaping) Oh My Soul! All-Purpose Seasoning

1 tbsp. ground black pepper

1 tbsp. Italian seasoning

2 tbsp. chili powder

2 oz. chili seasoning

6 oz. Rotel tomato (lime cilantro variety)

½ c. water

2 cans (24 oz. each ) garlic herb tomato sauce

12 oz. cooked spaghetti noodles


Sauté onions and garlic in oil until soft and almost clear. Add beef. As you cook the ground beef, separate the large chunks of meat into smaller pieces. Or not, if chunky is your thing! Add salt, Oh My Soul! pepper, and Italian seasoning, Once the meat is brown, add chili seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, and water.  Stir. Add tomato sauce and chili powder. Simmer on medium heat for 10 minutes. Fold in the noodles and simmer on medium heat for 25 minutes. Top with shaved parmesan, sprinkle on parsley. Enjoy!
