Oh My Soul! All-Purpose Seasoning" Wet Rub Recipe
1 Tbsp "Oh My Soul!" All-Purpose Seasoning
2 Tbsp Dried Rosemary
1 Tbsp Dried Thyme
1 Tbsp Dried Oregano
1 Tbsp Dried Marjoram
1 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Dried Basil
1 Tsp Dried Mustard
1 Tbsp Kosher Salt (may add more salt later to taste)
1 Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
3 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions:
In a bowl, combine all dry ingredients using a whisk.
Stir in Extra Virgin Olive Oil until it reaches a pasty consistency.
Generously massage this wet rub onto skin and into cavity
of the turkey and cook according to directions.
Store the remaining wet rub in air-tight container and
refrigerate. Discard after 14 days.
